Primary focus is therapeutic relaxation...encouraging the body into a para-sympathetic state resetting nervous system patterns, relieving tension points, stimulating lymphatic and circulatory activity, and engaging fascia. Results may include reduced stress and anxiety, pain relief, and improved movement. Best for focusing on 2 or 3 specific areas, but full body available upon request.
