The duration of this session will be 60 or 90 minutes depending on your booking, this includes the time it takes to go over the intake form and expectations for the massage with your LMT. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues to be filtered and sent back toward the heart.
