I discovered my love for massage through my love for movement- whether its playing a sport, spending time outside, running, hiking, camping, skiing, or going on a motorcycle ride, count me IN! I love to do all these things with friends and my loving supportive husband by my side. Ive completed a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology at Utah State University and continued my massage education here in Utah. My background helps me support active, bodies just like yours. A full body Swedish massage using long gliding strokes for relaxation and release of muscle aches and pains. The duration of this session will be 60 or 90 minutes depending on your booking, this includes the time it takes to go over the intake form and expectations for the massage with your LMT. Please complete the intake form and arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
