Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a hands-on approach that integrates a patient's medical history with visual observation, palpation, and orthopedic and osteopathic testing. The osteopathic manual therapist may prescribe additional home-based exercises to support symptom management and promote further improvement of the presenting complaint. Treatment focuses on manual techniques guided by the principles of body unit, self-regulation and the relationship between structure and function, to support overall health and well-being.

  • Whole-body assessment and case history to identify contributors.
  • Musculoskeletal assessment including range-of-motion and orthopedic testing.
  • Manipulative treatment for chronic and acute musculoskeletal pain.
  • Soft tissue techniques and joint mobilization for mobility restoration.
  • Treatment of TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, and post‑accident recovery.
