A 60 minute one on one assessment, during this appointment we will conduct an examination of your lumbar spine, hips and any other contributing areas. This assessment also involves a vaginal and/or rectal exam. Book this assessment if you are pregnant or postpartum.

  • Treatment for pelvic pain and dyspareunia (painful intercourse).
  • Pre- and postpartum return-to-activity and sport programs.
  • Exercise prescription and individualized home exercise plans.
  • Manual therapy, K-taping, and dry needling (IMS).
