**Therapeutic Massage** This is a clinically-orientated massage therapy session that uses the manipulation of the body's soft tissues, such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and skin by using various degrees of pressure and techniques. This massage helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular overuse and many chronic pain conditions. Feel free to book for c-section care, recent injury, pre-natal and post-natal, or a single area of concern. Please note: This is not your typical massage. This massage is done with clothes on. Please wear a pair of shorts/yoga pants and performance tank or sports bra for your treatments as you can be expected to change body positions depending on the treatment plan discussed with the therapist. Oil/lotion may be used.

Acupuncture

Fascial release treatment is a hands-on technique used to address restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and organs. Nadia will apply various sustained pressure to specific areas of the body to release tension and improve mobility. This approach aims to reduce pain,enhance range of motion, down regulate the nervous system and promote overall functional improvement by restoring balance to the fascial system. This treatment does not require any undressing. Because Nadia is a Physiotherapit, this can be covered under your physiotherapy benefits.
