Michael has been helping people find wellness and relief using acupuncture since 2015. In 2023 he founded Community Zen Acupuncture, working towards bringing affordable and effective community acupuncture to Long Island. He also enjoys his other job of being a parent. Hobbies include reading, classic movies, martial arts, and playing guitar. He grew up in, and lives in Hauppauge, NY. He has a masters degree in Oriental medicine, and also a bachelors degree in Mathematics from Cornell University. He went to St. Anthonys High School in South Huntington, NY.
Acupuncture - Insurance Many health insurance plans, including No-Fault, cover Acupuncture. Chinese medicine teaches us that our bodies contain a network of pathways where vital energy flows. Those pathways are called meridians and energy is called Qi (or Chi). When meridians get obstructed, then energy flow is disrupted, and ailments occur.
