Massage
This massage will work into the deeper layers of muscle tissue, targeting knots, tension, and chronic muscle discomfort. The therapist uses firm pressure with slow, deliberate strokes, to assist in releasing tightness and anywhere tissue may be stuck. The overall goal is to lengthen, spread, and separate muscle, muscle groups, and fascial planes to enhance the fluidity of movement and increase the range of motion in the joints.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, integrative session combining Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Reiki healing to support physical detoxification and energetic balance. Light, rhythmic movements encourage the natural flow of lymph—helping the body clear waste, reduce inflammation, and restore fluid balance—while Reiki works to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and invite deep relaxation. This deeply restorative experience supports the body’s innate ability to heal, leaving you feeling lighter and more aligned.
