Dr. Dennis Chen began his journey at the University of Waterloo where he graduated with a Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2019). He continued his education by obtaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic (Magna Cum Laude) at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2023). Dr. Dennis is a chiropractor that believes in working collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals. He understands that a patient’s health is influenced by numerous factors and approaches each case in a holistic manner to determine the right course of treatment. Dr. Dennis comes from a personal training background and believes that evaluating movement and body positioning is crucial to assessing one’s problems. He incorporates an integrative assessment that evaluates an individual’s movement capacity and tailors it to match their daily responsibilities. Manual therapy, education, exercise/physical activity prescription, lifestyle modifications, and reassurance are the cornerstone of his treatments. Dr. Dennis believes open communication, understanding patients’ preferences , and constant feedback are important in approaching one’s health. He hopes to work together with his patients to support them to be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Outside of the clinic, he continues to pursue his other passion in personal training (from the weekend warriors to the super moms). Dr. Dennis is an avid runner that can be seen traversing new routes and trails throughout the GTA in his spare time. His other hobbies include beach volleyball, kickboxing, tennis, cycling, and most recently, pickle ball. Acupuncture
This initial assessment focuses on identifying musculoskeletal imbalances, pain points, and movement restrictions to determine the appropriate application of acupuncture or dry needling techniques. The evaluation supports a targeted treatment plan to enhance recovery, reduce pain, and improve performance.

A private 1 on 1 session with our chiropractor where they will gather history, assess mobility, set goals, and provide treatment to begin the healing process!
