Nidhi is a licensed physiotherapist dedicated to helping people restore movement, overcome pain, and get back to the activities they love. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Ahmedabad, India (2021), and expanded her knowledge through the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College in Ottawa (2023). Fully licensed in Ontario, she has successfully completed both the Physiotherapy Competency Examination (PCE) and the Ontario Clinical Exam (OCE). With experience treating patients of all ages, Nidhi specializes in managing various musculoskeletal conditions such as sprains and strains, neck issues, rotator cuff tears, tendonitis, CTS, bursitis, arthritis, ACL injury, joint replacement rehab, post fracture rehab,and more. Her care begins with a thorough assessment to uncover the root cause of discomfort, followed by a personalized treatment plan designed to restore strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether your goal is to return to work, get back into sports, or simply move through life with less pain, Nidhi provides the expertise and support to help you succeed. In addition to these qualifications, Nidhi has undertaken further professional training in acupuncture, dry needling, and soft tissue release techniques to enhance her clinical knowledge and skills, while maintaining up-to-date, safe practice based on an evidence-based approach. Her approachable and compassionate style makes patients feel comfortable and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey. Outside of the clinic, Nidhi enjoys reading, cooking, hiking and sketching.
A Physiotherapy Assessment is required for all new clients, as well as returning clients who haven't received treatment at our clinic in more than 6 months, or that have a new injury. This is a one-on-one appointment with a registered physiotherapist in a private room.
