Fiona grew up in Melita, Manitoba, and moved to Vancouver to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. With a background in aesthetics, Fiona discovered her passion for massage therapy when she began treating clients with relaxation massages. From there, she became interested in learning more about the clinical benefits massage therapy could offer. Fiona completed the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program at Vancouver Career College (VCC) and has 10 years of experience treating a wide range of patients, including office workers, athletes, and individuals with musculoskeletal conditions. Fiona incorporates a variety of treatment techniques into her practice, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) when appropriate, tailoring treatments to each patient's individual needs. When she's not treating patients, Fiona enjoys spending time with her dog and maintaining a very active lifestyle.
