Brooke is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) - Human Kinetics (major) Degree and is also certified as a First Responder, which is used in sideline game and event coverage. She has sought out a number of opportunities and worked with various clinics and teams of all ages and levels since 2016 , which has given her unique knowledge on injuries and rehabilitation techniques. She has worked with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, the Rink Winnipeg, AAA Eastman Selects, Cougars Men’s Hockey and Women’s Basketball teams, Rams Football, and the University of Manitoba Bisons soccer, swim, and track and field teams. She has also worked within the Eastman Therapy Clinic, High Performance Training Centre and Athletic Therapy Centre at the University of Manitoba and previously as an Athletic Therapy Admin Assistant at the Centre for Health, Wellness and Performance. She has always been drawn to being healthy and helping others through their health goals whether it be learning how to exercise, getting bigger, faster, stronger, or preventing and rehabbing an injury . Brooke believes that exercise is the most effective medicine for everyone and strives to help people overcome their physical hurdles; guiding them back to an independent quality of life in their daily activities.
