Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) Playing sports all his life, Dr. Estick always knew he wanted to have an occupation that involved physical activity in some aspect. This passion steered him to a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. After university, he wanted to put what he learned into practice, which brought him to Personal Training. While training, he started to become more interested in rehabilitative methods. Taking courses in Exercise Therapy, he quickly became known for his rehabilitative skills, which he was most passionate about. Through his 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, he has come to realize how important it is to empower people to become injury free and reclaim their health. Although he loved personal training, he knew that he had to take the next step in his career to increase the range of people he could help, which landed him at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He quickly excelled there and was loved by patients and clinicians alike for his calming presence and proficient skills. He has experience in treating various issues in the neck, upper and lower back, hips, as well as the upper and lower body. He loves a challenge and takes pride in his personalized approach to health care. During a chiropractic assessment, the therapist reviews the intake form, inquires about the injury, and evaluate the affected area covering mobility, strength, balance and flexibility. Post-examination, they discuss their findings and propose a treatment plan, ensuring there's still ample time for the initial treatment.
