I’m an osteopathic practitioner who is passionate about helping people move with more ease and less pain! I completed a six-year program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver, and I continue to deepen my knowledge through post-graduate studies with leading experts in osteopathy. My training has given me tools to support and help balance all systems in the body by working on muscles, bones, organs, nerves, and more! Before osteopathy, my background was in exercise and health sciences, and I also competed as a national-level figure skater. That experience shaped the way I work today — blending an understanding of performance, recovery, and resilience with a whole-person approach to health. I focus not only on helping reduce or resolve your symptoms, but also on helping you understand what caused them in the first place. Exercise and lifestyle strategies are often part of the treatment plan. I welcome people of all ages, including newborns dealing with reflux, colic, and/or torticolis and expecting mothers. My goal is for you to leave each session with a deeper connection to self, and take home practical tools to help you stay healthier, naturally. Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me hiking with my pup, skiing (x-country & downhill), or pretending to be a cowboy on my cheeky horse Summer. I’m a proud member of Osteopathy BC, the leading professional association for osteopathic practitioners in British Columbia.
