Dr. Paige earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2009. She continued her education there and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. She spent the next ten years treating at a private practice physical therapy clinic in Andover, where she served as the Clinic Director. She specializes in musculoskeletal pain and rehabilitation and is certified in trigger point dry needling through Myopain Seminars. Her treatment philosophy combines specific, targeted manual therapy techniques with functional exercises to allow the muscles and joints to operate more efficiently. Her treatment goals are to help her patients get back to doing the activities they need to and love to do, while teaching them tools to independently manage their conditions in the long run. Dr. Paige is also a Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM and specializes in improving body composition, helping people with weight loss, and assisting people with therapeutic and healing diets. More recently, Dr. Paige decided to take her nutrition training to the next level and became a certified Make Peace With Food(TM) Practitioner as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist. This additional training allows her to identify and address biological, social, and psychological roots of eating behaviors and facilitate client transformation through nervous system regulation, hormone optimization, and behavioral change. With her hypnotherapy certification, she has over 200 hours of applied study in emotional resolution, trauma-informed trancework, and subconscious transformation.

This initial visit with Dr. Paige will include a full physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Dr. Paige will work with you and your goals to develop an individualized treatment plan. Dr. Paige's physical therapy treatments combine hands-on techniques such as dry needling, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping, scraping, taping, and joint mobilizations/manipulations with corrective exercises to strengthen, stabilize, and improve functional range of motion.
