Dr. Paige received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (2009). She then continued at the U of M to obtain a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. She has spent the last 10 years treating at a private practice physical therapy clinic in Andover, where she ultimately became the Clinic Director. She specializes in musculoskeletal pain and rehabilitation and is certified in trigger point dry needling through Myopain Seminars. Her treatment philosophy combines specific, targeted manual therapy techniques with corrective, functional exercises to allow the muscles and joints to operate more efficiently. Her treatment goals are to help her patients get back to doing the activities that they need to and love to do, while teaching them the tools to allow them to independently manage their conditions in the long run. Paige is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Minnesota Chapter and has been extremely active in the Andover/Blaine/Coon Rapids communities throughout her time as a physical therapist. In her free time, Paige and her husband Dave have been busy raising two tiny humans, Cash (5) and Stella (3). They enjoy playing outside with the neighbors and going up to the cabin on the weekends. Paige loves to cook and bake, and is constantly coming up with new recipes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys cardio kickboxing and strength training at her gym, and catching up with girlfriends at brunch. She hopes to do quite a bit more traveling, both across the US as well as overseas, once the kids are a bit older.
This initial visit with Dr. Paige will include a full physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Dr. Paige will work with you and your goals to develop an individualized treatment plan.
