Dr. Margot Lattanzi is a Naturopathic Doctor on a mission to help tired adults heal the root cause of their health concerns so they can feel fully recharged. She has successfully helped thousands of men and women experience dramatic shifts in their energy, hormones and overall health—often by making small manageable changes. She is the creator of The Hormone Cornerstone Method, the Fatigue Fix Guide, and Calm Your Cortisol Reset. She believes that feeling better does not need to be complicated or overwhelming and that the best medicines heal through both physical means we can measure and energetic effects we cannot. Dr. Margot is board-certified in Naturopathic Medicine by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and is a professional member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She has additional training in hormone therapy, facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture, fertility, pre and postnatal care, paediatric care and women’s health.
