Acupuncture

Acupuncture can be used for a wide variety of acute and chronic concerns including: injury and pain management, menstrual cycle and period support, common pregnancy complaints, sleep issues and improving energy, self care and relaxation, and more! This appointment includes an intake and an acupuncture treatment. Ideally follow ups are booked 1x week for a minimum of 4 treatments to start.
