Jordyn graduated from Western University with a Masters in Physical Therapy after graduating with a Honours Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics and Neuroscience from the University of Guelph. Growing up, she underwent various rehabilitation journeys during her time in competitive soccer and volleyball. These experiences sparked her desire to delve into the intricacies of the human body, leading her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Jordyn’s foundational aspiration is to utilize her knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Throughout her time at Western, she developed a passion for pelvic health and believes in the profound impact it can have on overall well-being. She has completed additional training in the assessment and rehabilitation of various pelvic floor conditions and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their specific goals through an individualized and holistic approach to patient care. Beyond pelvic health, Jordyn enjoys treating pediatric patients by integrating play and movement to help build strength, coordination and confidence in little ones. Her goal is to establish a collaborative relationship with both the family and children, fostering a supportive environment for the child’s growth and the attainment of developmental milestones. Her holistic treatment approach centers around equipping every patient with the information and resources necessary to be actively engaged in their path to recovery and foster sustained health and well-being. When Jordyn’s not at Depth, you can find her in the gym, on the ski hill, or curled up on the couch crocheting.
