Yuliya is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in Kinesiology and Health Science and experience in rehabilitation settings serving various populations. A graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, she is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and minds through thoughtful, individualized care. She takes a client-centred approach, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs, goals, and comfort level. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic, Yuliya supports patients seeking pain relief, injury recovery, or relaxation. She uses a variety of techniques including myofascial release, Swedish massage, dynamic stretching, trigger point therapy, and scar tissue release. She treats acute and chronic pain, muscle strains, sports injuries, and movement restrictions to help improve mobility and reduce discomfort.
