Casey is a Queen’s Gael through and through as she completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Anatomical Science (MSc) and Master of Physical Therapy (MScPT) degrees at Queen’s University. After becoming a Physiotherapist, Casey continued her professional development at the highest level in orthopaedics by completing the Master of Clinical Science (MClSc) degree in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy at Western University where she also became certified as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Casey is a compassionate, attentive and detail-oriented physiotherapist with a genuine interest in understanding how to best support her patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. She is committed to providing individualized patient focused care where the patient is an active member in their therapy. Her approach is friendly, professional, and tailored to each person’s unique journey. Casey uses a combination of exercise, manual therapy, dry needling (certified Gunn IMS and Kinetacore provider) and patient education to optimize function. Casey has a special interest in Women’s Pelvic Health with a focus on prenatal and postpartum care. She is committed to supporting women through every stage of life, using compassionate care to help them feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies. When not in clinic, you can find Casey embracing all the outdoor activity Ottawa has to offer! She has participated in several marathons, half-marathons, and triathlons. Casey regularly participates in Crossfit and enjoys helping athletes return to strength training and in reaching their performance goals.
