Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Dr. Marie Benkley is a Naturopathic Doctor and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, with a primary clinical focus in menopause and perimenopause. She integrates natural and conventional treatment options to offer you the most evidence-based care, informed by the best research available and her clinical expertise. Her approach is comprehensive, helping you feel better now as well as proactively addressing areas of health - such as heart and bone health - that can be impacted by hormonal changes of menopause. Treatment plans can include menopausal hormone therapy, non-hormonal medications, nutraceutical supplements and/or lifestyle interventions. Dr. Benkley is passionate about providing care for all people experiencing menopause and her practice is LGBTQ+ inclusive. Dr. Benkley earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) from National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, where she also completed two years of postdoctoral residency. She has advanced training in menopause care and menopausal hormone therapy. Outside of her professional life, she is a competitive powerlifter and outdoor enthusiast with a love of hiking, backpacking, climbing and riding motorcycles.

This is your first Naturopathic Medicine appointment! You can expect a thorough diagnostic intake where Dr. Benkley will ask about the history of your current concern, as well as background information about you as a person, and past medical history in order to offer you the best care. Please note: Dr. Benkley focuses primarily on menopause, perimenopause, and menstrual health. She is currently in network with Aetna, Moda, Regence/BlueCross BlueShield, & PacificSource. She is able to bill some out-of-network insurance or take out of pocket payment for those with other insurers.
