Renee completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University, followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy at McGill University. She's certified in Clinical Pilates and has completed additional training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, including the treatment of urinary incontinence, dyspareunia, and care during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Throughout her bachelor’s, she volunteered with a community-based exercise program for people living with disabilities. During this time, she saw firsthand how much exercise could improve quality of life and overall happiness. This inspired her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy, where she could continue empowering people to regain independence and enhance wellbeing.
