Vithu is a dedicated sports massage therapist with a passion for helping individuals improve their health, mobility, and performance. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy. Blending clinical expertise with a personalized approach, Vithu incorporates deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neurofunctional acupuncture, and performance therapy into his treatments. Every session is tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, with a focus on long-term progress and functional movement. As a former varsity track and field athlete at York University, Vithu understands firsthand how injuries can affect both body and mindset. He uses that experience to educate and empower his patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery journey.
