Lisa graduated from the University of Toronto with a Professional Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy in 2002. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from McMaster University. With over 23 years of clinical experience, she has treated many, mostly in the hospital setting, as well as outpatient clinics. Lisa is currently also an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University in the Physiotherapy Program. Lisa strives to understand her patient’s story so that she can help them reach meaningful goals and get back to doing what they love! She values educating her patients with the best available evidence and creating a positive and healing environment. She is passionate about total body health and wellness over the lifespan, making her a perfect fit at OM. Lisa works collaboratively with her patients and other health professionals, using a combination of exercise therapy and hands-on techniques. She encourages her patients to be an active part of their treatment to see the best results! Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys hiking, reading, the arts and being involved in her children’s sports and activities. Over the years, Lisa has volunteered actively in her community in many roles.
