Emily is passionate, dedicated and committed to helping her clients find a way forward through treatments specifically focused around energy work in a safe and supportive space. She is always looking to grow and improve her skillset in order to find the best tools to navigate the path her clients are on for healing. An RMT since 2009 and teaching yoga since 2015, Emily’s attention to detail with each client is thoughtful, specific and unique. She nurtures through guidance, and expands her knowledge of body and mind through her own participation in trainings, workshops and her daily practices. Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Somatic Work, Breath Work and/or Meditation are the modalities she now chooses to focus on as she has seen huge shifts and growth within her clients using these incredible therapies. The subtleties of energy work and slowing down are incredibly healing and bring a deep connection to self that we are all looking for and need more than anything. Emily loves to create, and bring ideas to life. After completing her Degree in Business & Marketing, she travelled the world and then decided to settle in Banff where she opened Banff Yoga Practice with Hayley Molina in February 2020 which together they sold in December 2022. The duo then went on to open Banff Wellness Practice in March 2022 after both successfully running their own massage businesses. They now have this wellness space that offers an abundance of modalities; something for everyone; a place to call home. Born in the UK, Emily is also half Greek. The Rocky Mountains have become her place of inspiration and growth since 2008, when she moved to Banff. Most days, Emily’s self practice comes first, which includes, Meditation, Pranayama, Movement and Cold Plunging. She LOVES to travel, play guitar and sing her heart out, dip her toes in the ocean, hike in the mountains, go for beautiful bike rides, read books and eat good food. She also runs wellness retreats internationally with Hayley Molina, check out our retreats page for what’s coming up next!
