Dr. Rosa Mendonca began her educational journey at Western, University in London, Ontario where she completed her Bachelor of Science. From there she went on to attend the Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Treatments with Dr. Rosa are evidence-based and designed to fully address the patient’s unique goals. Treatment techniques and modalities she uses during her sessions include diversified spinal and extremity adjusting, gentle mobilizations, drop table adjusting, active release techniques (ART), kinesiology taping, instrument-assisted techniques, and exercise rehabilitation. Additionally, Dr. Rosa has been trained in Webster Technique, which is used to promote optimal balance in pelvic muscles, ligaments, and joints during pregnancy. Committed to assisting patients of all ages and backgrounds to reach their health goals, Dr. Rosa encourages them to take active participation in their care. By focusing on reducing pain and providing education on lifestyle choices, she aims for lasting results and a healthier, pain-free life for her patients.
