Laura holds an advanced diploma from the Centennial College Massage Therapy Program as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. Laura is a passionate massage therapist, healthcare advocate, educator and mentor. She combines extensive education, knowledge of sports massage, Swedish massage, and other complementary techniques, such as advanced joint mobilizations, proprioceptive neuromuscular techniques and fascial release to help encourage and restore proper biomechanics and overall patient function and well-being. A proponent of the benefits of massage therapy, Laura works closely with various healthcare practitioners and treatment providers to develop holistic treatment plans for patients. Laura also works as the Director of RMT services at Athlete’s Care helping to support our RMT’s with mentorship, leadership and helping Athlete’s Care to continue to provide an exceptional patient experience through our RMT services.
