With a lifelong background in soccer, I developed an early understanding of human movement, performance, and recovery. I became a certified massage therapist in 2012, gaining foundational experience in spa settings before transitioning into sports therapy and performance-based recovery. In 2015, I expanded into fitness as an instructor at P2O Hot Pilates & Fitness, where I discovered a passion for helping clients not only recover from injuries but also build strength to prevent them. I further advanced my skillset in 2016 by earning certification in Active Release Techniques (ART), which led to opportunities working with higher-level athletes, including the Sacramento Kings. In 2024, I earned my StrongFirst Kettlebell Certification, reinforcing my focus on functional strength and movement. Today, I specialize in bridging the gap between recovery and performance helping clients move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
A 30-minute massage typically offers a condensed session focused on providing relaxation and relief to specific areas of your body. During this massage, a trained therapist will use various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage to address your specific needs. It can help alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress, improve blood circulation, and promote overall relaxation. The therapist will apply pressure, kneading, and stroking motions to help release muscle knots and promote a sense of well-being within the given time frame.
