Dr. Jillian Clarkson was born and raised in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where she attended the University of New Brunswick receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2010. After receiving treatment for her own back pain, she was inspired by how her chiropractor motivated and educated patients on how to take charge of their own health. This inspired her to want to do the same. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduating in 2015. Dr. Clarkson received her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture certification at McMaster University and has also undergone additional training in pregnancy-related care including Webster technique and pediatric chiropractic training. Dr. Clarkson uses a combination of manual therapies and instrument assisted techniques to facilitate the healing process. Dr. Clarkson has a passion for the great outdoors. She enjoys hiking, back country camping, swimming, cycling, going to the beach, and travel.
