Sabrina is a recent graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and received her Registered Massage Therapist license in Fall 2025. Before becoming an RMT, she studied Marketing at UBC and worked in advertising. After long hours at a desk, she turned to long-distance running and strength training to reset her mind and body. That routine slowly grew into a deeper curiosity about movement, recovery, and how the body adapts and heals. In her free time, she enjoys learning about exercise science and is continually inspired by how the human body responds when it’s given the right kind of support. In her treatment room, Sabrina begins with listening. She aims to create a grounded, welcoming space where clients feel understood and more connected to their bodies. She understands how living with pain or recovering from injury can affect someone’s quality of life, and she blends manual therapy, movement strategies, and simple home-care education to help clients move through the healing process with more confidence and ease. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and hopes to bring the benefits of massage therapy to a wide and diverse community.
