Jasmine completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor. She was drawn to physiotherapy through her love of movement, active lifestyle, and passion for helping others stay healthy, strong, and mobile at every stage of life. She is certified in PHS Level I and II Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and supports individuals with concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. Alongside pelvic health, Jasmine has experience working with patients following hip and knee replacements, as well as those recovering strength and mobility after stroke. She also works with athletes returning from sport-related injuries and older adults aiming to maintain independence and quality of life. With her background as a Certified Personal Trainer, Jasmine enjoys blending exercise and rehabilitation to help clients feel confident in their movement. Jasmine values taking the time to understand each person’s goals and tailoring treatment to support both recovery and long-term well-being. Outside the clinic, Jasmine enjoys coaching group fitness classes, working out, and spending time with friends and family. She is also recently engaged and excited for this new chapter in her personal life
