Osteopathy (initial visit / 60min)

Welcome to your first Osteopathic Visit! We are looking forward to meeting you. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a health history questionnaire. If possible, wear fitted comfortable clothing ie) yoga pants, shorts, tank top. Please bring a copy of any diagnostic medical reports (MRI, Ultrasound, CT Scan) that would assist me. If you have any questions or concerns prior to our appointment, please feel free to contact us. Children 0 - 12 years, have a favourite toy or blanket? Bring snacks - sure! iPad, okay, no is your time and we want you to be as comfortable with your child as possible. Parents, please email us ahead of time if you have any concerns you wish to have addressed or feel there is something you wish for us to know. Your first visit includes a complete Osteopathic assessment and treatment.
