Laura Lee enjoys an active lifestyle running, hiking and practicing yoga. Laura Lee became an RMT in Ontario in 2024. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor. She is passionate about health and wellness, which inspired her to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Laura Lee went to Cowichan for the Native American Indigenous Games in 2008 with her sister for swimming which was her first time ever in BC. She fell in love with the beauty of BC and has now moved to the island in 2026 from ON. Laura Lee is very excited to explore Vancouver Island, build community and call Victoria her home. Laura Lee Rogers is a member of Six Nations of the Grand River, Seneca. On her maternal side, she has Haudenosaunee and Chippewa ancestry. Laura Lee hopes to bring clients stress relief, increase their range of motion and decrease pain. She aims to help her clients achieve their specific goals, whatever they may be. As a yoga teacher she enjoys incorporating principles of mindfulness, breathwork and home-care exercises specific for each client in to her treatments. Her massage style includes: Deep tissue, Passive Stretching, with Pin & Stretch techniques, myofascial release and relaxation with a focus on nervous system regulation.
