He offers a variety of treatment techniques, including Swedish massage, deep fascial work, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy. Whether the goal is relaxation, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, or improved mobility, James is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients can fully relax, recover, and restore. James takes a patient-centered, evidence-informed approach to care, focusing on restoring function and helping clients return to the activities they enjoy. Outside of the clinic, James enjoys staying active at the gym, playing badminton and volleyball, and expressing his creativity through playing the guitar. Deep tissue massage will work out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
