Emily is a physiotherapist that obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Having had a lifelong passion for health and wellness, she appreciates the importance of taking a client-specific holistic approach. She integrates her extensive experience in health education to empower and support clients in enhancing their lifestyle to achieve optimal wellbeing. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Emily obtained her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences and came to appreciate the delicate interactions between all body systems, reinforcing the need for a whole-person approach that values the unique considerations and story that each client brings to Integra. Emily has a particular interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and has undergone advanced training in this area to treat clients with a variety of pelvic floor and uro-genital conditions. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Emily on a long walk or bike ride at the harbourfront, baking, or at a Blue Jays game.
