Dr. Sina Yeganeh, DC Chiropractor, Global Complex Case Consultant, Medical Acupuncture Provider, Human Movement Specialist, Co-founder Dr. Sina Yeganeh is the co-founder of Movability Wellness & Sport Sciences and a destination clinician for chronic, complex pain. His work is built for the cases that do not fit neatly into a single diagnosis, where symptoms are widespread, fluctuating, or stuck despite years of trying “all the right things.” Dr. Sina practices with a systems-first lens. He maps the full pattern, including biomechanics, fascia, nerve entrapment, posture and gait, jaw and cranial mechanics, vestibular input, autonomic regulation, and inflammatory load. Instead of chasing the loudest symptom, he identifies the drivers and builds a plan designed to change the pattern and hold in real life. A cornerstone of his clinical work is precision assessment and treatment of nerve and fascial restriction patterns. At Movability, he co-developed specialized manual nerve release work aimed at addressing trapped nerves within fascia, fascia training protocols, integrated with medical acupuncture, nerve decompression strategies, myofascial techniques, and corrective exercise that is specific enough to create durable change. Patients value the depth, the clarity, and the strategy, they leave understanding what is happening and what the next steps are. Dr. Sina is also trauma-informed in how he approaches chronic pain. He understands that many complex pain presentations are shaped by the nervous system’s threat response and lived experience. He prioritizes safety, consent, pacing, and regulation throughout care, and he actively encourages coordinated support with trauma-informed mental health care and somatic therapy when it is clinically important. He also works with elite and professional athletes across sports, where precision matters and plans must stand up to high training loads and competition demands. While he enjoys performance work, his true passion is chronic, complex pain and the multi-system cases that require deep clinical reasoning and careful coordination. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Sina teaches healthcare practitioners across disciplines through Movability Masterclass and the Global Movability Mentorship. He also consults internationally with physicians and clinicians on complex cases, bringing systems-level analysis, pattern recognition, and clear next-step planning. Concierge in-home care is available for select individuals seeking discreet, high-touch delivery.
