Your first visit includes a detailed health history, Traditional Chinese Medicine-informed assessment, acupuncture treatment, and a personalized follow-up recommendation. Treatment may also include cupping or Gua Sha when clinically appropriate. This visit helps Nima understand your symptoms, stress load, sleep quality, recovery patterns, pain triggers, and what your body has been compensating for. The Posture Reset is a focused, 60-minute treatment designed to help you realign, rebalance, and move with greater ease.
