Keren is a registered Kinesiologist from York University ( Health Sciences), an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a current 4th year Osteopathy student at Sheridan College. Keren boasts excellent communication and hands-on and clinical experience in PTA rehabilitation, patient care/exercise programming and personal training. Keren collaborates closely with our Physiotherapist and the multidisciplinary team at Phases in supporting clients through individualized exercise and corrective training programs. If you wish to book with Keren, please reach out to the office or book an initial visit with our Physiotherapist, who will recommend corrective exercises | PTA. Keren is gaining practical exposure to Osteopathy and Physiotherapy which she confidentially blends with her unique rehabilitative training styles. Karen has a strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation exercise, and patient-centred care and will assist all her patients in gaining the strength and understanding when it comes to personal training, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
*INITIAL VISIT IS REQUIRED WITH OUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST. Combining Physiotherapy and Functional/Corrective Exercise, prevents injury. People who suffer from pain have difficulty performing exercises properly. Proper exercises require a key eye by your PT for corrections, guidance, understanding to reduce further injury and improve strength. This service is covered under your Extended Health benefits.
