Ilona was born with a passion for holistic wellness that developed into Life Dimensions which is a company built on trust, expertise and professionalism. Ilona is an E-RYT 200, having obtained her training with Yogaworks and CorePowerYoga, she offers various classes & workshops in Omaha/Council Bluffs and leads Holistic Wellness Retreats locally and internationally. Since 1998 she has been traveling, studying and practicing a variety of fitness and wellness techniques, geared to helping fulfill her clients holistic wellness goals. She often finds, that they are surprised to discover their physical difficulties are directly related to very personal underlying issues such as past injury, traumatic experiences or their current lifestyle. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and Awareness Integrated Therapist, dedicated to providing everyone with nurturing treatments and a safe space to heal and restore. She encourages self-discovery, as an instrumental step in healing and empowers her clients by helping them recognize that they already have the tools to improve their lives in body, mind, soul and spirit. She brings her knowledge and continued education to all sessions. Infused with passion, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor, she is dedicated to helping others on their own path of self-reflection, restoration, healing and transformation.
