The Rehab Grid Physiotherapy and Sports Performance

37 Sandiford Dr, Suite 100, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON, L4A 3Z2

Hi, my name is Chantelle and I am a registered physiotherapist. I completed by undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at University of Toronto then followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University in Australia. I worked in Australia and gained experience helping patients achieve their optimal health and performance as well as worked with various groups of individuals such as expecting or new mothers, high performance athletes, the weekend warrior, and those troubled with new or chronic musculoskeletal pains from everyday life. I gained a keen understanding of musculoskeletal injuries, and I am dedicated to helping you not only recover but also prevent these issues from recurring. Whether you are recovering from a sports-related injury or managing everyday discomfort, I am committed to tailoring personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. My approach differs depending on the person but can consist of manual therapy, dry needling or acupuncture, education, and gradual exercises to get you back to your goals and movement. Outside the clinic, you will probably find me in the gym with some weights (and maybe talking too much to others so my gym time is longer than expected) or taking long walks, doing some Reformer Pilates, and cheering on any sporting events like hockey, basketball, baseball, rugby, and AFL.
