As a Registered TCM Practitioner and Acupuncturist, my journey to this medicine began with a deeply personal one—it was acupuncture that helped me navigate my own struggles with depression. That profound healing experience showed me the power of TCM to restore balance not just in the body, but in the mind and spirit. This is why my clinical focus has naturally evolved toward helping those dealing with stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. To deepen my expertise in this area, I recently completed advanced training at the Acupuncture Institute of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, specializing in the Department of Emotional Diseases, where I studied mind-regulating acupuncture protocols for emotional and mental health conditions. Beyond clinical practice, I am deeply committed to advancing our field through education. I currently serve as Clinic Supervisor and Acupuncture Instructor at both OCTCM and triOS College. Teaching keeps me sharp, curious, and connected to the evolving landscape of TCM. In my practice, you'll find a warm, safe, and judgment-free space where deep listening comes first. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that addresses your unique needs—using acupuncture, complementary modalities, and mindful conversation to calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of peace and vitality. I believe you are the expert of your own body. My role is to guide and empower you with TCM insights and practical self-care tools you can use every day. Fluent in English and Mandarin—I'd be honoured to walk alongside you on your path to wellness.
