I started Ballet training at a very young age. Though there were disruptions to my training, I went on to complete a BFA in Contemporary Dance at Concordia University. I worked professionally as a dancer and choreographer in Montreal and later in Toronto for about 2 decades until the birth of my daughter. Also at a young age I began practicing yoga. I knew instinctively and immediately that this would be a lifelong practice that would keep me healthy and mobile. I continued teaching yoga around the world and have also done YogaTeacher trainings and Prenatal Yoga teacher training. I am a trained and experienced Doula and have co-taught labour support classes, as well as years of prenatal yoga. I am committed to supporting and being an advocate for women’s health and empowerment. I began my career as a massage therapist in British Columbia after the birth of my daughter. I worked for over a decade at Hollyhock Retreat Centre, and at An Sanctoir in Ireland. I am currently a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I am a certified in Vedic Thai Massage Therapist (a traditional therapy that includes acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures). I look forward to working with you!
