“Lindsay graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2019. While in training Lindsay learned a variety of massage techniques including; General Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Sports Massage. In addition to his in-class learning Lindsay spent time in a number of outreach clinics and was most drawn to his work with Rugby Canada assisting top performing athletes with their rehabilitation from surgeries and day-to-day sports injuries. Lindsay has also gone on to complete his Hot Stone massage course. Lindsay has a very direct approach with his clients and utilizes effective, evidence-based treatments to help facilitate a quick return to activity. Lindsay also takes care in providing his clients with individualized strength training exercises for added healing between treatments. Lindsay strives to create a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed space for all of his clients. While visiting the Okanagan Lindsay is regularly out skiing Mount Baldy or Hiking Anarchist Mountain.”
