Dan is co-owner of Richmond St. Wellness Centre. He is both a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Reflexologist. Dan is a graduate of Sutherland Chan Massage School and practices a wide variety of massage techniques. He incorporates various muscle release techniques into his general Swedish massage - such as PNF, MET and myofascial release. Dan can accommodate his treatment to adapt to each patient whether they require a targeted therapeutic massage or simply need to relax. He has been a certified Foot and Hand Reflexologist since 2010. He believes that reflexology brings balance back to your body and that it is more than just a modality but calms the body, mind, and spirit. He believes that reflexology is a powerful stress reliever and can aid in the treatment of various disorders. Most commonly he sees benefits with stress reduction, digestion, menstrual complaints, and sleep issues. He uses reflexology in a traditional method but has also incorporated soft tissue and fascial stretching into his treatment which provides great relief from tension and congestion within the lower limb and foot.
