Alicia realized she possessed a fascination for anatomy and the inner workings of the human body since the age of 5. After highschool, she entered a Life Sciences degree at Queen’s University. She began volunteering at Kingston General Hospital and was placed in Pediatric Physiotherapy - and that’s when her passion for Physiotherapy was born! She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Physiotherapy (B.Sc.P.T.Honours) in 2002. She maintains her passion for learning and is always striving to further her knowledge base and clinical skills in order to attain better health outcomes for her patients. She has attained numerous postgraduate certifications since graduation including a Certification in Medical Acupuncture from McMaster in 2007 and Masters of Clinical Science (M.Cl.
