I employ a variety of different styles of massage and techniques to create a unique healing experience for my clients. Some of my most used styles are Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Deep Tissue massage. I also have some training in Craniosacral Therapy and reflexology – I love to incorporating these modalities into my sessions when appropriate. I am a huge advocate for self care and take regular time to practice yoga, strength training, meditation and martial arts. When I am not giving massage I am spending time with my wife and young daughter. I love being outside, hiking, fishing, playing guitar, gardening, kayaking & cooking with my family. I am so excited to be a part of the Watershed Wellness community and the chance to use my skills to enhance the wellbeing of the North Coast community!
