Stephanie prefers to encompass all she has learned over the years, and take a holistic approach to her treatments. No two people are alike, so she tailors each treatment to suit her individual client’s needs. She combines a variety of techniques, including massage therapy, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and/or energy work/reiki to help her clients achieve a healthy balance between the physical, emotional and spiritual body. "I fully believe the body tells us what it needs, if we just take the time to listen. That means I need to hold the space and work with the body do what it needs to do." -Stephanie
