(Pediatric & adolescent massage clients are exempt and may book in as usual.)** This focused 60-minute massage targets the muscles of the jaw, face, head, neck, and upper chest to address issues related to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. Treatment may include a combination of techniques such as cupping and Graston (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), tailored to your individual needs. Intraoral massage (treatment performed inside the mouth with gloves) is available and optional, targeting the deeper TMJ muscles for more specific relief. This therapy can help reduce jaw tension, alleviate headaches, and manage symptoms such as jaw clicking, grinding, or restricted movement.

A gentle, noninvasive manual therapy addressing fascial restrictions throughout the body, regulating the nervous system and allowing the body to self-correct. CST can be a very supportive in addressing nervous system disorders, general tension, pre and post tongue tie release, torticollis, birth trauma, GI issues, sensory integration challenges, attachment challenges and more. This work is child-led meaning I treat however a child feels most safe; for it is their sense of safety that is a precursor to healing and nervous system regulation. We follow where and how a child likes to be treated whether thats sitting or lying on the treatment table, in a parents arms or on the floor. I offer an assortment of toys and fidgets that allow their minds to be engaged while staying both calm and focused. Ages: newborn - 15yrs.

Alphabiotics is a Alignment/Unification process that brings biomechanical + brain balance back to the body through using a contact point on the neck to reset the nervous system in a quick, measureable and effective way, turning the lights on in the brain so that the mind, body, soul can align, come fully online and give you access to your full power. As a result other things can shift in the body on a phsyical, mental, emotional, chemical level. (Pediatric & adolescent massage clients are exempt and may book in as usual.)** Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) moves waste toward your lymph nodes to rid your body of toxins and excess fluid. It is very different from traditional massage because it is very light and repetitive. This is in order to affect lymphatic system, which lies just under the skin.
