Maddie is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She graduated from Conestoga College in Fitness and Health Promotions, where she honed her skills and passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Maddie’s journey into fitness started at a young age, growing up in a family full of athletes. Fitness and training were always part of the conversation, and for Maddie, it became a personal passion when she started using it as a way to manage stress during high school. Now, as an experienced trainer, her goal is simple: to help people become the best versions of themselves!

This appointment involves guided exercise sessions tailored to your physiotherapy treatment plan and supervised by a Physiotherapy Assistant. These sessions support your recovery, improve mobility, and help achieve your rehab goals.
