Jane uses her in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to guide her massage treatments for the best outcomes with her clients. Jane graduated with honours from the massage diploma program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax, NS in 2018 and has worked in a variety of clinic settings since then. Jane uses deep tissue massage techniques for targeting dysfunction, but balances them with relaxation. She’s experienced in treating postural imbalances, injuries related to motor vehicle accidents such as whiplash and concussion symptoms, repetitive strain injury, as well as chronic conditions. She takes pride in providing a safe and supportive treatment space. She also offers cupping and craniosacral therapy treatments.
